2. 

   Test Time：1 hour
   Students must show that they understand general ideas and the organisation of different types of texts.

   

   Test Time：1 hour 20 minutes
   Students must demonstrate that they can write different types of text, for example a letter, report, article, essay, review or story. Students will be tested on grammar and vocabulary.

3. 

   Test Time：40 minutes
   Students must demonstrate that they can follow a range of spoken materials. They listen to 4 audio texts and hear each recording twice. Students must show an understanding of the monologues and dialogues as well as an understanding of the speakers’ attitudes and feelings.

   

   Test Time：14 minutes
   Students must show that they can communicate effectively. They must describe, compare, discuss topics, express and explain opinions. This part of the exam is done face-to-face with one or two other candidates.

4. 

   Test Time：45 minutes
   Students are tested on their vocabulary, grammar and knowledge of expressions.

   

   Exams are conducted at more than 2,700 places all over the world, and JET English College is one of the locations you can take an FCE Exam in Australia.
